Bungalow beach resort business for sale: $180000

The bungalow Resort is an easy to operate and self sustaining business which offers a great lifestyle? income and investment opportunity as its value greatly increases year after year. The local government has Ochheuteal and Serendipity beaches as its main priority for development in Sihanoukville. New sealed roads with landscaping to the beaches and a walking track linking Serendipity and Sokha beaches are beaing constructed. Inside Bungalows

The interiors of the bungalows are friendly and cosy and the decor of traditional Khmer style give an exotic asian ambience. The bungalows have electrical plugs and are equipped with mosquito nets and fans for your comfort and good nights sleep. All the bungalows have modern western ensuite showers and toilets.

Seaside Restaurant

The dining facilities at the resort are in a delightful mix of locations, from traditional dining on the terrace overlooking the ocean, to under the thatched umbrellas on the sand, or quiet the secluded romantic settings amongst the orchids and coconut palms. The menu is well renowned and is very popular with the guests, tourists and locals alike. The 3 course menu is extensive and features a wide variety of international dishes and Khmer food, all done with a touch of genius by the loving chef. Seafood is the speciality which is caught locally and which the chef personally buys fresh daily. The restaurant opens at 8 am till late and the full menu is available throughout the day.

Beach Bar

The Beach Bar has full bar service with the cold amber fluid (beer), awesome cocktails, top shelf spirits and liqueurs,  a good range of white and red wine from around the globe and French Champagne. The smoothies are wicked and the shakes wild, being all made from fresh fruits and ingredients. A sheer delight for the taste buds. Enjoying sundowners by the sea-side, as the stars awaken from the day, is a magical way to end that fun filled day.

General Information

The resort has a range of good books for sale or exchange and there is also a large number and variety of games available for the guest’s enjoyment. Or for those into more extreme water-sports such as floating, paddling, snorkelling, body boarding etc., there are some toys at your disposal for your pleasure. The staff is very helpful and have a wide knowledge of the district and can organise island tours, boat trips, motor bike hire, bus tickets or whatever you may require.

Wi-fi is available for guests. There is 24 hour security on the premises and the all bungalows have security boxes. The resort has its own electrical power back-up generator which is appreciated during the many power black-outs that occur. Bungalow prices are seasonal and depend on the choice of a large or standard bungalow. The prices range from US$15 - US$45. Reservations may be possible depending on the availability and time of year.

Staff

The helpful and beautiful Khmer staff at the resort are real Gems. It is refreshing to see their lovely smiling faces in the morning, as one rises to another glorious day in paradise.  They have a command of the English language and can say G’Day in a few other languages. It is amusing to learn a little Khmer from them, and they are always keen to teach you. They regard guests as family and as such treat them accordingly.

The View

From each bungalow, one can see the mood of the ocean and sky in its constant panoramic waltz of light and form. The sea-scape is ever changing, never repeating, and sometimes, the great artist paints an awesome scene of sea & sky, for us to behold.
